Abstract

La invencion concierne a un procedimiento para la molienda de nitruro de silicio, en el que el nitruro de silicio se presenta en forma de suspension en un líquido, caracterizado porque la molienda se lleva a cabo de manera autogena, y porque el nitruro de silicio tiene en la suspension una proporcion de por lo menos 30% en peso; las ventajas de este procedimiento han de ser consideradas en los esencial en que la realizacion del procedimiento es más sencilla y barata, y en que se mejora la calidad del nitruro de silicio molido.
