Abstract
Una película anisotropicamente conductora o un sustrato que tiene una superficie recubierta con un recubrimiento anisotropicamante conductor, formándose la película o el recubrimiento mediante la solidificacion de una composicion que comprende: (i) una composicion de ferrofluido solidificable, comprendiendo el ferrofluido una suspension coloidal de partículas ferromagnéticas en un portador no magnético, y (ii) una pluralidad de partículas eléctricamente conductoras dispersadas en el ferrofluido, habiendo sido ordenadas las partículas eléctricamente conductoras en un patron no aleatorio mediante las aplicacion de un campo magnético sustancialmente uniforme a la composicion, en un estado líquido, y habiendo sido aseguradas en us posicion mediante la solidificacion de la composicion. La composicion se solidifica en una etapa A, que involucra usualmente una curacion primaria. En una aplicacion de uso final de la partícula o recubrimiento, la composicion usualmente pasa por una etapa B o curacion secundaria. La película o sustrato recubierto es un artículo de fabricacion para conductores de union en la industria electronica.
