Abstract

Un concentrado con alto pH que a la dilucion con agua forma una composicion lubricante para usarse en la lubricacion de bandas transportadoras, dicho concentrado que tiene un pH de 7 a 11 comprende los siguientes componentes: (a) (i) un compuesto de dicarboxilato de alquilamina de la formula general (I), en donde R1 es un grupo alquilo saturado o no saturado de C8 a C18, que incluye mezclas de tales grupos alquilo, n es un entero de 1 a 12, preferiblemente n es 2 y cada uno de M1 a M2, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan independientemente hidrogeno o un grupo o un metal del grupo (I), típicamente sodio o potasio, y con a condicion de que la distribucion de las longitudes de cadena del alquilo del grupo R1 es tal que los componentes (a) y (b) permanecen en solucion; y/o (ii) un compuesto de la formula general (II), en donde R1 es un grupo alquilo de C8 a C18 como se definio antes, R1 representa hidrogeno o -(CH2)m -OH en donde m es un entero de 2 a 12, y cada uno de Y1 y Y2 que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, se seleccionan independientemente a partir de -CH2 OH, -COOoM3o Y -CH2COOoM3o, en donde M3 es hidrogeno o un metal del grupo I, típicamente sodio o potasio; (b) una imidazolina cíclica de la formula general (III), en donde R3 es un grupo alquilo saturado o no saturado de C7 a C20, y (c) un agente tensioactivo anionico de alquilsufonato saturado o no saturado de C12 a C18 y (d) opcionalmente, un agente de reduccion de pH para proveer dicho pH en la escala de 7 a 11.
