Abstract
Un gen que codifica un polipéptido que participa en el mecanismo de secrecion de esterasa originada a partir de un microorganismo del genero Secratia, un plásmido recombinante que comprende un plásmido preparado mediante la insercion de dicho gen dentro de un vector plasmídico, un microorganismo transformado con dicho plásmido recombinante, y un método para la produccion en una esterasa que comprende cultivar el microorganismo transformante como se establecio anteriormente en un medio y recolectar la esterasa producida dentro y fuera de las células; dicho microorganismo transformado tiene una capacidad remarcadamente alta de secrecion extracelular de esterasa.
