Abstract

The present invention discloses a process for the preparation of L-aspartic amino acid synthesis from ammonium fumarate from Bacillus cereus cells with aspartateammonialiase (60 M L-aspartic acid by mg of cellular protein in one hour). The aspartateammonialiase reaction conditions were selected to determine catalytic activity of microorganism cells. The enzymatic activity was maximum with the parameters being as as described next: pH-8, temperature 30 degree - 40 degree C, substrate concentration 1.0 M. According to these conditions, 15-20 mg of aspartic acid formation was achieved per mg of cellular protein in one hour. In this way, conditions for L-aspartic amino acid synthesis by Bacillus cereus-free cells was determined.
