Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una toalla sanitaria adecuada para retener exudado vaginal, y básicamente constituida por un cuerpo (5) hecho de un material absorbente, substancialmente plano y alargado, compuesto por una capa permeable a líquidos (2) adaptada para hacer contacto con el cuerpo del usuario, y por una capa impermeable a líquidos (3) que coopera con la pantaleta del usuario; de conformidad con la presente invencion, se proveen cubiertas impermeables a líquidos flexibles (10) longitudinalmente adyacentes al cuerpo (5) y dispuestos sustancialmente ortogonales con respecto al plano definido por el cuerpo (5).
