Abstract
Un radiador para vehículo consta de un paquete intercambiador de calor (1), que comprende por lo menos dos hileras de tubos planos, conductores de líquido (9) y unidades de la laminillas (8), que están arregladas entre cada pareja de tubos en la hilera correspondiente y que están adaptadas para guiar un flujo de aire a través del paquete intercambiador de calor en dirección transversal de las hileras de tubos, y por otra parte consta de un tanque de entrada (2) conectado a un primer extremo del paquete intercambiador de calor para recibir el líquido calentado procedente del bloque del motor del vehículo y para distribuir este líquido hacia los tubos; y por otra parte consta también de un tanque de salida o descarga (3) conectado a un segundo extremo del paquete intercambiador de calor para recibir el líquido enfriado desde los tubos y descargarlo hasta dentro del bloque de motor, teniendo los tanques de entrada y salida cada cual una placa de conexión (2, 3), provista de un número de orificios de conexión (5) para los tubos. Las placas de conexión (2, 3) están provistas en cada orificio (5) de una pieza de conexión (6) que se proyecta desde el tanque. Los extremos de los tubos poseen una porción ensanchada (7) para recibir piezas de conexión correspondientes de las placas de conexión. Los tubos correspondientes a la primera hilera están montados cerca de los tubos correspondientes de la segunda hilera a lo largo de aquella porción de tubo situada entre las porciones terminales ensanchadas de los tubos.A vehicle radiator consists of a heat exchanger package (1), comprising at least two rows of flat tubes, liquid conductors (9) and lamella units (8), which are arranged between each pair of tubes in the corresponding row and that are adapted to guide an air flow through the heat exchanger package in the transverse direction of the rows of tubes, and on the other hand it consists of an inlet tank (2) connected to a first end of the exchanger package heat to receive the heated liquid from the vehicle's engine block and to distribute this liquid to the tubes; and on the other hand it also consists of an outlet or discharge tank (3) connected to a second end of the heat exchanger package to receive the cooled liquid from the tubes and discharge it into the engine block, having the inlet and outlet tanks each one a connection plate (2, 3), provided with a number of connection holes (5) for the tubes. The connection plates (2, 3) are provided in each hole (5) with a connection piece (6) that projects from the tank. The ends of the tubes have a widened portion (7) to receive corresponding connection pieces from the connection plates. The tubes corresponding to the first row are mounted near the corresponding tubes of the second row along that tube portion located between the flared end portions of the tubes.
