Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método o procedimiento sistemático y unificado que se toma tanto para el diseño de una red de comunicaciones virtual dentro de una red de comunicaciones de portador, como para el diseño de filtros de selección proporcionados en la base de datos la RCV la cual controla la admisión de llamadas a la red. Para este propósito, la información de tráfico de telecomunicaciones que es relevante tanto para el diseño de la arquitectura de la RCV al igual que para el desarrollo de los filtros de selección se agrega y aplica tanto para una herramienta de diseño de red que se utiliza para generar la configuración de red virtual del usuario o abonado, al igual que como un generador de filtro de selección (GFS). La información de tráfico puede incluir, por ejemplo, datos de tráfico contenidos en la red y registros detallados de llamadas del equipo del local del usuario y datos de facturación. En una modalidad, el GFS también recibe información de salida de la herramienta de diseño de red, indicativa de localizaciones dentro de la red y fuera de la red en la RCV, e información de una base de datos portadora que proporciona un factor de peso indicativo de la incidencia de llamadas fraudulentas a diferentes destinos domésticos e internacionales. El GFS está arreglado para procesar conjuntamente la información de tráfico al igual que la información de llamadas fraudulentas (junto con la información que se relaciona con los parámetros de diseño de la RCV, si se desea) para generar filtros de selección que pueden instalarse, y utilizarse posteriormente en la RCV para determinar, sobre una base de llamada por llamada, si una llamada hecha utilizando la RCV es autorizada o denegada. De manera ventajosa, los filtros de selección se diseñan de modo que minimicen o reduzcan la posibilidad de que la RCV sea utilizada para hacer llamadas fraudulentas.
