Abstract

Se describe una tapa de forma de domo, para un receptáculo de desperdicios, que comprende una superficie externa en forma de domo y una depresión frontal formada en ella. Una puerta está montada pivotalmente dentro de la depresión y tiene una superficie centrada en forma de domo, rodeada por un borde de pestaña limítrofe. Un reborde realzado se extiende alrededor de la periferia de la puerta y define un canal con la superficie de la puerta situado para recoger el agua hacia abajo sobre una pared lateral deprimida, inferior, provista de un radio, ahí a una caja inferior de la tapa. La tapa comprende adicionalmente miembros elásticos que llevan forzadamente la pestaña de la puerta contra las superficies de tapas internas que definen la depresión, impidiendo adicionalmente la entrada del agua alrededor de la puerta y hacia el interior de la tapa. La forma de la depresión y de la puerta permiten además que se apile la tapa con tapas de configuración similar, para eficiencia de embarque y exhibición en la tienda de venta al menudeo.
