Abstract

El método y máquina de la invención son mejoras en aspectos de máquina de manejo de materiales ( tal como una grúa por la parte superior) que tiene un impulsor transversal eléctricamente accionado, v, gr., un impulsor de puente. Dicha máquina tiene (a) un freno de motor regenerativo y (b) un freno hidráulico aplicado manualmente, ambos para retardar la máquina. La invención impide que el motor del impulsor de puente 'ejerza impulso a através del frenado' cuando se está aplicando el freno hidráulico para dar por resultado un par de torsión de retardo significativo. Cuando se aplica con pedal el freno hidráulico, un contacto eléctricamente se cierra a una presión hidráulica predeterminada y otros dispositivos, rieles y similares, son accionados para modificar la operación del controlador e impedir 'impulso del motor' simultáneo con frenado hidráulico. Es probable que el frenado regenerativo de fije para un régimen de retardo menor que el que resulta al aplicar el freno hidráulico. La invención impide que el motor impulsor y el sistema de frenado hidráulico entren en CONFLICTO. Con la invención, la unidad de control del motor es desactivado a cierta presión predeterminado en la línea hidráulica del freno. Posteriormente, la máquina es retardada únicamente por la aplicación del freno manualmente operado hasta que la máquina alcanza una velocidad muy baja.
