Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para la fabricación de piezas moldeadas, en el cual se mezcla un material fibroso con un pegamento y se mantiene bajo presión hasta el fraguado del pegamento dentro de un molde. El procedimiento está caracterizado porque como material fibroso a base de fibras sintéticas y de monofilamentos cortados en cortos trozos, que confieren a la pieza moldeada a fabricar la dureza y la rigidez necesarias, y porque la proporción de pegamento en la pieza moldeada acabada es menor que 10 en peso, referida a la pieza moldeada. Con el procedimiento se hace posible fabricar piezas moldeadas con escasa proporción de pegamento, que se puede reciclar múltiples veces.
