Abstract
Se describe una película laminada de 2,6-neftalato de polietileno que tiene una película de 2,6-naftalato de polietileno y una capa de recubrimiento, la cual se forma sobre por lo menos una superficie de la película de 2,6-naftalato de polietileno y comprende por lo menos una resina dispersable o soluble en agua seleccionada a partir del grupo que consiste de poliésteres, poliuretanos y resinas poliacrílicas, y que satisfacen las siguientes propiedades: (1) un valor F5 en una dirección de la máquina de por lo menos 1.5x10 a la octava Pa, (2) un módulo de Young en la dirección de la máquina de por lo menos 5.9x10 a la novena Pa, (3) un módulo de Young en una dirección transversal de por lo menos 5.9x10 a la novena PA, y (4) una rugosidad superficial Ra de la capa de recubrimiento de no mayor de 0.020 micras, la cual película laminada es adecuada como una película base de un medio de grabación o registro magnético.
