Abstract
Aspectos de la invención se refieren a sistemas y métodos para detectar estado del volumen, sobrecarga de volumen, deshidratación, hemorragia y evaluación en tiempo real de reanimación, así como insuficiencia de órganos incluyendo, pero no limitado a, disfunción cardiaca, renal y hepática, de un sujeto vivo usando análisis vascular no invasivo (NIVA). En una modalidad, un dispositivo no invasivo que incluye por lo menos un sensor se utiliza para adquirir señales vasculares del sujeto vivo en tiempo real. Las señales vasculares son enviadas a un controlador que procesa las señales vasculares para determinar por lo menos un parámetro hemodinámico, tal como el estado del volumen del sujeto vivo. En algunas modalidades, las señales vasculares son procesadas por un análisis espectral de transformación rápida de Fourier (FFT) para obtener el espectro de frecuencia de la señal vascular periférica, y el estado del volumen del sujeto vivo puede determinarse comparando las amplitudes de los picos del espectro de frecuencia de señal vascular periférica.
