Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para fijar un elemento de remache a una pieza de trabajo que tiene un orificio pre-configurado proporcionado para la recepción de una sección de remache del elemento de remache y que se produce plano al menos en la región alrededor del orificio pre-configurado. Antes del proceso de fijación, la pieza de trabajo se coloca en un espacio bien definido desde la superficie de contacto de un troquel por medio de al menos un espaciador que se conecta fijamente al troquel para la reconfiguración de la sección de remache durante el proceso de fijación, de manera que se forma una abertura entre la pared del orificio y el punzón del troquel, que se proporciona para la reconfiguración de la sección de remache. La sección de remache se introduce en la abertura en el curso del proceso de fijación y se reconfigura por medio del punzón a fin de embragarse detrás de la pieza de trabajo en la región del orificio.
