Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una máquina para etiquetar viales o ampolletas criogénicamente congelados con "etiqueta no impresa", que contienen materiales biológicos inestables al calor, y al cual un material sensible a la luz de láser se ha aplicado antes de la congelación. Por consiguiente, la máquina se ha diseñado para mantener la integridad de los materiales biológicos por todas las fases del proceso de etiquetación. La máquina generalmente comprende un sistema de control maestro; una interfaz de usuario programable; un marco; ensamblajes de congeladora criogénica, para mantener los viales en las bajas temperaturas requeridas; un ensamblaje de alimentación de entrada, configurado para recibir y posicionar los viales criogénicos con etiqueta no impresa; un túnel de etiquetación criostática/control de calidad, en donde los viales se mantienen a la temperatura requerida, etiquetados por la ablación con láser y verificados para la calidad; y un ensamblaje de alimentación de salida. La máquina además comprende un medio para transportar los viales en el ensamblaje de alimentación de entrada al túnel, y del túnel al ensamblaje de alimentación de salida. Los viales etiquetados de acuerdo con la presente descripción finalmente se cargan manualmente o automáticamente en recipientes de envío criogénicos.
