Abstract
Un dispositivo de lubricación para lubricar una articulación de un paciente humano o mamífero, el cual es totalmente implantable en el cuerpo de un paciente, comprende un recipiente para almacenar un fluido lubricante y una conexión fluídica para introducir el fluido lubricante hacia la articulación cuando el dispositivo sea implantado en el cuerpo del paciente. Además, la conexión fluídica comprende un dispositivo de conexión fluídica que conecta el recipiente con la articulación, de modo que se establezca un flujo de fluido lubricante del recipiente hacia la articulación. La conexión fluídica comprende una aguja de infusión adaptada para ser colocada intermitentemente en la articulación para inyectar el fluido lubricante, o un tubo adaptado para ser colocado permanentemente en la articulación para inyectar continuamente el fluido lubricante.
