En la presente se describen composiciones para el cuidado personal que comprenden un tensioactivo catiónico; un sistema de tensioactivos no iónicos que comprende al menos un tensioactivo seleccionado de entre un óxido de amina y una amida de ácido graso; y un agente estructurante que comprende un crospolímero de poliacrilato-1 en una cantidad de 1.5 % en peso a 7 % en peso de la composición. También se describen métodos para realizar y usar estas composiciones.
