Abstract

Las nanopartículas pueden tener una fórmula de: A/[M1xM2yM3z]OnHm donde x es 0.03 a 3, y es 0.01 a 0.4, z es 0.01 a 0.4 y n y m son determinados mediante los estados de oxidación de los otros elementos y M1 puede ser aluminio (Al), galio (Ga), indio (In) y talio (TI). M2 y M3 no son iguales y pueden ser un metal de columna 2, un metal de columna 14 o un metal de transición. A puede ser un aditivo de tratamiento.
