Abstract
La presente tecnología se refiere a un aparato de codificación, un método de codificación, un aparato de decodificación, un método de decodificación y un programa para obtener un sonido de mayor calidad. Una sección de decodificación de señal de audio decodifica datos de audio codificados para adquirir una señal de audio de cada objeto. Una sección de decodificación de metadatos decodifica los metadatos codificados para adquirir una pluralidad de metadatos sobre cada objeto en cada trama de la señal de audio. Una sección de cálculo de ganancia calcula las ganancias de VBAP de cada objeto en la señal de audio para cada altavoz en función de los metadatos. Una sección de generación de señal de audio genera una señal de audio para ser alimentada a cada altavoz haciendo que la señal de audio de cada objeto se multiplique por la ganancia de VBAP correspondiente y sumando las señales de audio multiplicadas. La presente tecnología se puede aplicar a aparatos de decodificación.
