Abstract

La invención se refiere a un artículo absorbente (1) que tiene una dirección longitudinal, una dirección transversal y una dirección de grosor, y que comprende una lámina superior permeable a fluidos (2), una lámina posterior impermeable a fluidos (3) y un núcleo absorbente (4) encerrado entre la lámina superior (2) y la lámina posterior (3), que tiene, en la dirección longitudinal, una sección frontal (8), una sección trasera (9) y una sección de entrepierna (10) entre la sección frontal (8) y la sección trasera (9), teniendo el núcleo absorbente (4) dos regiones laterales que se extienden longitudinalmente (4d, 4e) y una región central que se extiende longitudinalmente (4a) entre tales regiones laterales (4d, 4e). La región central (4a) y las regiones laterales (4d, 4e) se separan en la dirección transversal mediante regiones de canal que se extienden longitudinalmente (4b, 4c). Además, la amplitud (w) de la región central (4a) en la dirección transversal es menor que la amplitud (ws) de cada una de las regiones laterales (4d, 4e) en la dirección transversal, al menos en la sección frontal (8) y la sección trasera (9), y las regiones de canal (4b, 4c) son de menor peso base que las regiones laterales (4d, 4e) y la región central (4a). La invención se refiere también a un núcleo absorbente (4) y a un método para la elaboración de tal artículo absorbente (1).
