Abstract
En la descripción se proporciona un método y un dispositivo para extraer características, que pertenece al campo técnico del procesamiento de imágenes; el método para extraer características incluye: segmentar una imagen en una pluralidad de bloques, en donde cada bloque comprende una pluralidad de celdas; convertir cada celda de un dominio espacial a un dominio de frecuencia; y extraer una característica de histograma de gradientes orientados (HOG) de la imagen en el dominio de frecuencia; al extraer la característica HOG de la imagen en el dominio de frecuencia, se pueden resolver los problemas de la técnica relacionada de que la relación de detección y la precisión son relativamente bajas en el reconocimiento de patrón, debido al cálculo directo del dominio espacial de la imagen en el procedimiento de extracción de las características de HOG; y se pueden lograr los efectos de mejorar la relación de detección y la precisión en el reconocimiento de patrón por medio de la extracción de las características de HOG en el dominio de frecuencia.
