Abstract

Se suministra un carro manual para dispensar cable. El carro está equipado con un sistema de frenos conectado a la parte inferior de la estructura del carro, el sistema de frenos tiene una configuración acoplada en la que el sistema se extiende a una superficie sobre la que descansen las ruedas y se acopla a la superficie para evitar que el carro manual cambie de ubicación, pero que le permite pivotar alrededor del sistema de frenos.
