Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición insecticida granular para la dispersión de la composición granular en una masa o cuerpo de agua en la cual los insectos van a ser controlados, que comprende: un portador granular de tamaño en el rango de 1-4 mm; una composición absorbida en el portador granular que comprende un agente activo larvicida derivado de bacterias y un líquido no acuoso que tiene una densidad menor que 1; en donde la composición granular insecticida tiene una densidad de gránulos individuales promedio mayor que 1 y está adaptada para hundirse en el cuerpo de agua.
