Abstract

Se Proporcionan fluidos y métodos para el tratamiento de pozos para tratar formaciones subterráneas a altas temperaturas de hasta aproximadamente 260°C (500°F). Los fluidos y métodos para tratamiento de pozos utilizan un copolímero sintético de alto peso molecular y un tampón de pH que mantiene un pH en la variación entre aproximadamente 4.5 hasta aproximadamente 5.25 para los fluidos. El polímero sintético de alto peso molecular se deriva de acrilamida, ácido acrilamidometilpropansulfónico, y fosfonatos de vinilo.
