Abstract

Se proporciona un método operativo para una bomba, en particular para una bomba multifase, para transportar un fluido desde un lado de baja presión a un lado de alta presión, en donde se proporciona una conducto de retorno (8) para retornar el fluido desde el lado de alta presión al lado de baja presión, en dicho método una válvula de control (9) en el conducto de retorno (8) es controlada por medio de una unidad de control de sobrecarga (4) para evitar un estado operativo inestable, dicha válvula de control controla el flujo de paso a través del conducto de retorno (8), en donde una curva límite (60, 60') para un parámetro de control es almacenada en la unidad de control de sobrecarga (4), un valor real del parámetro de control es comparado con la curva límite (60, 60') durante la operación de la bomba y en donde, tan pronto como el valor real del parámetro de control alcanza la curva límite (60, 60'), la válvula de control (9) en el conducto de retorno (8) es controlada de manera que el valor real del parámetro de control es alejado de la curva límite (60, 60') y en donde un parámetro operativo de la bomba (1) es utilizado como el parámetro de control. Además se propone una bomba correspondiente, en particular una bomba multifase (1).
