Abstract

La presente invención consiste en un sistema analizador de burbujas basado en visión artificial para mejorar la recuperación de mineral en celdas de flotación. El sistema consta de una cámara que captura imágenes de las burbujas que se producen en las celdas de flotación y las envía a un sistema embebido de procesamiento de imágenes, el cual analiza las burbujas en tiempo real con el fin de estimar parámetros como velocidad y dirección, estabilidad, distribución de tamaño y color, teniendo la característica de enviar los resultados del análisis a un sistema de control externo por medio de comunicación industrial Ethernet/IP, el cual hará uso de los resultados por la invención aquí descrita para realizar acciones de control ya sea en la adición de reactivos, control de aire o control nivel en la celda.
