Abstract

La invención se refiere a un cabezal mezclador rotatorio y dispersor (1) que consiste en un vástago (2), al cual se conecta una cámara de mezcla (4), la cual se dispone en un tanque o lo similar para la dispersión, disolución o mezcla de sólidos, líquidos o gases con otros líquidos. La cámara de mezcla (4) tiene asegurado a sus extremos superior e inferior una pluralidad de paletas impulsoras (8, 12) que tienen un extremo de estas localizado fuera de la cámara de mezcla (4) para dirigir el material a la cámara de mezcla y afuera a través de las aberturas (6) en la pared lateral de la cámara de mezcla durante la mezcla y dispersión de este. El cabezal mezclador y dispersor comprende, además, los brazos de cizallamiento (19) que tienen un borde delantero afilado (23), lo que proporciona de esta manera una zona de cizallamiento inicial adicional. La cámara de mezcla específica y su configuración proporcionar una operación de mezcla muy eficiente.
