Abstract
Se describe un método de detección de fugas para detectar una fuga más allá de un sello dinámico en equipo de aterrizaje de aeronave (100) que comprende por lo menos: un montante (10); un vástago (20) montado deslizantemente en el montante y un rodamiento (70) equipado a un extremo (11) del montante para guiar el vástago (20), tal rodamiento incluye por lo menos un casquillo (50) que tiene por lo menos un sello dinámico (62) dispuesto para frotarse contra el vástago (20) con el fin de proveer sellado entre el montante y el vástago, que define una cámara (2) llena con fluido hidráulico entre el montante y el vástago y una tuerca de retención (40) para impedir que el casquillo se mueva en traslación en relación con el montante y provisto con por lo menos un sello enjugador (64) dispuesto para enjugar el fluido hidráulico en el vástago. De acuerdo con la invención, el método incluye la etapa de instalar una tuerca de prueba (3) sin un sello enjugador en lugar de la tuerca de retención (40), la etapa de poner el fluido hidráulico en el equipo de aterrizaje bajo presión y la etapa de verificar la existencia de una fuga, si la hay, de fluido hidráulico sobre la superficie exterior (22) del vástago (20).
