Abstract

La presente descripción generalmente se relaciona con un método y dispositivo para convertir una versión de alto rango dinámico (HDR) de una imagen a una versión de rango dinámico estándar (SDR) de esta imagen. El método está caracterizado en que convierte la versión de alto rango dinámico a la versión de rango dinámico estándar de la imagen de acuerdo a: un primer indicador (I1) que indica la presencia de parámetros de mapeo de color; un segundo indicador (I2) que indica si un dispositivo está configurado para convertir la versión de alto rango dinámico a la versión de rango dinámico estándar de la imagen tomando en cuenta dichos parámetros de mapeo de color; y un tercer indicador (I3) que indica si se inhibe la conversión sin tomar en cuenta dichos parámetros de mapeo de color.
