Abstract

Un aparato para la clarificación de un efluente que contiene lodo, que comprende una cuenca (2) de clarificación, al menos un brazo (7) capaz de moverse sobre la superficie superior del líquido en la cuenca; al menos una canaleta (8) soportada por el brazo, de forma que pueda sumergirse sobre parte de su altura en el líquido de la cuenca, tubos de succión (T1, T2) mantenidos relativamente en la canaleta, cada tubo comprende en la parte alta un manguito (B1, B2) ajustable verticalmente que desemboca en la canaleta, y un medio de evacuación de lodo de la canaleta; el manguito (Bi, B2) de al menos un tubo de succión (T1, T2) es libre de deslizarse verticalmente de acuerdo con el brazo móvil (7) que soporta la canaleta, y al tubo (T1, T2), y sobre el manguito (B1, B2) se instala una reserva de flotabilidad necesaria y suficiente para mantener emergiendo de manera continua el extremo de vertido (E1, E2) del manguito en la canaleta (8) de manera que el nivel de vertido del manguito se ajusta automáticamente con respecto al nivel (16) de líquido y lodo en la canaleta.
