Abstract

Un método de descodificación de señales de video escalable, de acuerdo con la presente invención, determina una imagen correspondiente que pertenece a una capa inferior utilizada para una predicción de capa intermedia de una imagen actual que pertenece a una capa superior, y realiza la predicción de capa intermedia de la imagen actual al utilizar la imagen correspondiente de la capa inferior determinada, en donde la predicción de capa intermedia se realiza de manera restrictiva de acuerdo con un indicador de alineación de límite de mosaico que indica si los mosaicos entre la capa superior y la capa inferior se alinean.
