Abstract

Se describe un tubo de guía (4) para el montaje rotatorio de un eje de dirección (2) de un vehículo motorizado, en donde el tubo de guía (4) se enrosca cilíndrico de una sola sección de lámina de metal y se conecta en un punto de contacto axial (12), y en donde el tubo de guía (4) tiene elementos (13-15) para la sujeción axialmente deslizable definible en una unidad de montaje en cojinete (1). El tubo de guía (4) se caracteriza porque los elementos (13-15) se diseñan en la forma de al menos dos acanaladuras (13) que se distribuyen sobre la circunferencia, se extienden axiales, se forman circunferencialmente en ambos lados mediante nervaduras (14, 15) que expanden la circunferencia del cilindro y se forman en la sección de lámina de metal. También se describe un método de producción para un tubo de guía (4) de este tipo.
