Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un anticuerpo que se une específicamente al receptor alfa del folato, en donde el anticuerpo comprende una CDR1 de cadena pesada (CDRH1) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 1; CDR2 (CDRH2) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 2; y CDR3 (CDRH3) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 3, y una CDR1 de cadena ligera (CDRL1) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 4; CDR2 de cadena ligera (CDRL2) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 5; y CDR3 (CDRL3) que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO; 6, o un fragmento de unión al antígeno del mismo, para usarse en el tratamiento de cáncer gástrico que expresa el receptor alfa del folato.
