Abstract
Se divulga el acceso de espectro compartido en el cual múltiples niveles de usuarios tienen permitido el acceso a un conjunto de recursos de espectro compartido; los usuarios de segundo nivel, los cuales reciben el acceso de prioridad desde el primer nivel de espectro, transmiten señales de reserva sobre los canales compartidos disponibles durante periodos de valoración de canal despejado (CCA) asociados con los canales compartidos; los usuarios de tercer nivel, los cuales tienen un acceso al espectro compartido en una prioridad inferior que los usuarios de segundo nivel, intentan sincronizar la temporización con los usuarios de segundo nivel cuando se detecta la presencia de usuarios de segundo nivel; los usuarios de tercer nivel serán bloqueados para que no transmitan en los canales compartidos cuando los usuarios de tercer nivel detectan las señales de reserva; los usuarios de segundo nivel entonces transmiten en los canales compartidos con una menor probabilidad de interferencia por parte de los usuarios de tercer nivel, y los usuarios de tercer nivel podrán transmitir en cualquiera de los canales compartidos cuando el usuario de tercer nivel detecte una CCA despejada.
