This method for producing a hydraulic powder is characterized in that the abundance of the acid salt of a compound is 0.0001-0.05 part by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the hydraulic compound and the weight ratio of the acid salt of a compound to the pulverization assistant (acid salt of compound/pulverization assistant) is from 40/60 to 1/99.
