Abstract

Un rollo sin núcleo de productos laminados absorbentes se realiza con una banda enrollada en espiral (11) de sustrato absorbente, que comprende al menos dos capas superpuestas (10A, 10B) de sustrato absorbente, estando enrollada la banda de sustrato absorbente de modo que defina un pasaje axial hueco (42) situado en posición central con relación al rollo sin núcleo (40) y que se extienda desde un borde hasta el otro borde del rollo sin núcleo (40). La banda de sustrato absorbente (11) comprende además un inserto de refuerzo (16), estando insertado el inserto de refuerzo (16) entre las dos capas superpuestas (10A, 10B) de sustrato absorbente, estando situado el inserto de refuerzo (16) de modo que esté alineado con el pasaje axial hueco (42), teniendo el inserto de refuerzo (16) una longitud (L), de modo que el inserto de refuerzo (16) se extienda al menos alrededor de tres cuartos de una circunferencia del pasaje (42), preferentemente de manera sustancialmente completa alrededor de una circunferencia del pasaje (42).
