Abstract
Se divulga tecnología para realizar comunicaciones de dispositivo a dispositivo (D2D). Un equipo de usuario (UE) puede identificar los datos D2D a ser transmitidos desde el UE. Los datos D2D se pueden identificar cuando el UE está en un control de recursos de radio (RRC) inactivo. El UE puede estar limitado a utilizar un modo de asignación de recursos definido para transmitir los datos D2D desde el UE. Un procedimiento de solicitud de servicio puede ser iniciado en el UE. El procedimiento de solicitud de servicio puede activar el UE para llevar a cabo un procedimiento de establecimiento de conexión de RRC con un nodo evolucionado B (eNB) para conmutar el UE desde el modo inactivo de RRC a un modo conectado de RRC. El UE puede recibir una concesión de enlace ascendente (UL) desde el eNB para comunicar los datos D2D desde el UE. El UE puede enviar los datos D2D utilizando la concesión de UL proporcionada por el eNB.
