Abstract

Un cigüeñal con péndulo para un motor de combustión interna incluye un cigüeñal con péndulo que tiene inserciones cicloides de manivela de péndulo. De ese modo las inserciones pueden estar formadas a partir de acero templado de alta calidad mientras que el cigüeñal puede estar formado a partir de hierro convencional. El cigüeñal con péndulo incluye un cigüeñal que tiene orejas de sostén del péndulo. Una abertura receptora de la inserción cicloide se forma en cada una de dichas orejas para recibir una inserción cicloide. Cada una de las inserciones cicloides tiene una trayectoria cicloide formada a través de las mismas. El péndulo está unido de manera móvil a las orejas mediante un pasador de rodillo encajado a través de las trayectorias cicloides de las orejas y capturado entre las trayectorias cicloides formadas en cada mitad del péndulo. Cada mitad del péndulo incluye áreas ahuecadas sobre las cuales se forman las trayectorias cicloides. Se proporciona un pasador entre cada inserción cicloide y la oreja dentro de la cual es insertada para restringir la rotación de la inserción cicloide con respecto a la oreja.
