Abstract
Se proporcionan el método y el aparato de predicción de vector de movimiento para codificar y decodificar un vídeo. El método de predicción de vector de movimiento incluye: determinar una pluralidad de bloques candidatos que son referidos para predecir así un vector de movimiento de un bloque actual, a partir de los bloques vecinos del bloque actual; determinar un vector de movimiento candidato de un primer bloque candidato en la pluralidad de bloques candidatos, con base en si una imagen de referencia del primer bloque candidato y una imagen de referencia del bloque actual son cada uno una imagen de referencia de largo plazo; y determinar el vector de movimiento del bloque actual mediante el uso de una lista de vectores de movimiento candidatos, incluyendo el vector de movimiento candidato, determinado, del primer bloque candidato y los vectores de movimiento candidatos de los bloques candidatos restantes.
