Abstract

La presente descripción se relaciona con un método y un dispositivo para procesar una solicitud, y pertenece a un campo del hogar inteligente. El método incluye: recibir una solicitud de consulta enviada por una primera terminal, en la cual la solicitud de consulta se configura para solicitar una consulta de información de cámara recolectada por una cámara, y la información de la cámara incluye información de imagen y/o información de video; juzgar si una cuenta que corresponde a la primera terminal tiene un permiso para obtener la información de cámara recolectada por la cámara de acuerdo con la solicitud de consulta; enviar un primer mensaje emergente a una segunda terminal asociada a la cámara si la cuenta que corresponde a la primera terminal no cuenta con el permiso de obtener la información de cámara recolectada por la cámara, en la cual el primer mensaje emergente se configura para mostrar que se accede anormalmente a la información de la cámara.
