Abstract

Las realizaciones de la presente invención proporcionan un método y dispositivo de procesamiento de señales. El método incluye: seleccionar M sub-bandas a partir de N sub-bandas, donde las N sub-bandas se obtienen dividiendo un coeficiente espectral de una trama actual de una señal, y una banda de frecuencia de las M sub-bandas es menor que una banda de frecuencias de K sub-bandas en las N sub-bandas, excepto las M sub-bandas; determinar, de acuerdo con la información de rendimiento de las M sub-bandas, si se realiza una operación de modificación de valores de envolvente originales de las M sub-bandas, donde la información de rendimiento se utiliza para indicar una característica de energía y una característica espectral de las M sub-bandas; realizar la modificación por separado en los valores de envolvente originales de las M sub-bandas, con el fin de adquirir valores de envolvente modificados de las M sub-bandas; y realizar una primera asignación de bits en las N sub-bandas de acuerdo con los valores de envolvente modificados de las M sub-bandas y los valores de envolvente originales de las K sub-bandas. En las realizaciones de la presente invención, la asignación de bits cumple de mejor manera un requerimiento de bits de cada sub-banda, y por lo tanto, el rendimiento de codificación y de decodificación de señales se puede mejorar.
