Abstract

La invención se refiere a un colector de ramificación de tubería (7) y a un procedimiento de funcionamiento del mismo, teniendo el colector de ramificación de tubería (7) una multitud de ramales de tubería (3), teniendo cada uno de los mismos una válvula de bloqueo de entrada (4), una válvula de bloqueo de salida (6) y una salida de purga con una válvula de purga (5) entre las válvulas de bloqueo de entrada y de salida, en donde en el funcionamiento convencional de cada ramal de tubería, la válvula de bloqueo de entrada y la válvula de bloqueo de salida respectivas están abiertas, y la válvula de purga respectiva está cerrada, y en donde en el funcionamiento de prueba o de mantenimiento, la válvula de bloqueo de entrada y la válvula de bloqueo de salida respectivas están cerradas, y la válvula de purga respectiva está abierta, y teniendo el colector un medio de selección (12) para seleccionar ninguno o uno de los ramales de tubería para conmutar desde el funcionamiento convencional al funcionamiento de prueba o al funcionamiento de mantenimiento, en donde el medio de selección permite que solo se cierre la una válvula de bloqueo de entrada del ramal de tubería seleccionado, lo que permite posteriormente que la válvula de purga y la válvula de bloqueo de salida respectivas se abran y se cierren para conmutar al funcionamiento de prueba o al funcionamiento de mantenimiento respectivamente. La invención sugiere que el medio de selección tiene un elemento de bloqueo convencional (23) y un elemento que permite la prueba (31), y que cada una de las válvulas de bloqueo de entrada tiene un medio de control de entrada (8, 9) con un contraelemento de bloqueo convencional (24) ajustado positivamente al elemento de bloqueo convencional, y con un contraelemento que permite la prueba (32) ajustado positivamente al elemento que permite la prueba.
