Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento eficiente para sintetizar fosfaplatinas en grandes cantidades al agregar complejo de platino a una solución concentrada de pirofosfato a pH de entre aproximadamente 6.0 a 8.5; después de agitar, se reduce la temperatura y el pH para precipitar las fosfaplatinas deseadas; particularmente, los procedimientos descritos reducen la necesidad de usar grandes volúmenes de materiales de partida, y acortar el tiempo de reacción; además, se describe un procedimiento para reciclar materiales sin reaccionar a partir de una primera síntesis de fosfaplatinas.
