Abstract
El dispositivo comprende: - una iluminación; - una cámara configurada para adquirir al menos una imagen de al menos una porción del símbolo, siendo el sustrato en movimiento iluminado por la iluminación; y - un procesador conectado a la cámara y configurado para ser adecuado para implementar un paso de procesamiento de imágenes en el cual la imagen adquirida es procesada por el procesador y decodificada. La cámara usada es lineal y la iluminación es una iluminación de campo oscuro. Además, el dispositivo es configurado para llevar a cabo, antes del paso de procesamiento del procesador, una pluralidad de adquisiciones de imagen con la cámara lineal de varias porciones del símbolo.
