Abstract
Sensores, sistemas y métodos para la detección de un campo electromagnético en el interior de un pozo, que incluyen un sensor de campo electromagnético de sistema micro opto electro mecánico (MOEMS) del interior del pozo que incluye una primera superficie que es al menos parcialmente reflectante, una segunda superficie que es al menos parcialmente reflectante y suspendidas por uno o más elementos flexibles para definir una cavidad óptica que tiene una distancia variable entre la primera y la segunda superficie, y una capa polarizada magnéticamente acoplada a la segunda superficie.
