Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una boquilla que contiene carbono que tiene al menos un rosca de boquilla, en particular, para los electrodos que contienen carbono, que comprende al menos una entrada (también llamada primera entrada) en la al menos una rosca de boquilla, cuya entrada es adecuada para recibir al menos un recipiente de adhesivo, que se llena con un adhesivo curable, en particular, en todas las roscas de boquilla, en particular una ranura (también llamada primera ranura) que se extiende a través de la rosca de boquilla de una manera transversal, en particular, sustancialmente perpendicular a dicha rosca, en donde la entrada, en particular la ranura, está rebajada al menos por secciones, en particular de forma sustancialmente completa. La invención se refiere además a un electrodo que contiene carbono, en particular para hornos de arco, que comprende una caja de electrodo que tiene una rosca de caja, y que comprende un conjunto o kit de electrodo que contiene el electrodo y un contenedor de adhesivo. La invención se refiere además a un sistema de electrodo/boquilla, y también al uso de la boquilla de acuerdo con la invención y, respectivamente, del electrodo de acuerdo con la invención o del kit de boquilla o kit de electrodo de acuerdo con la invención y, respectivamente, del sistema de electrodos/boquilla según la invención cuando se funde de acero o chatarra de acero en un horno de arco. La invención también se refiere a un método para la producción o la extracción, el reciclado o el procesamiento de acero, cobre, silicio, carburo de calcio, fósforo u otros materiales en un horno de arco, y también para establecer una conexión segura entre la boquilla y el electrodo. La presente invención también se refiere a una bolsa de lámina que se llena con una mezcla de adhesivo para asegurar una conexión de electrodo/boquilla. La invención se refiere finalmente a una línea de bolsas de lámina, que comprende al menos dos bolsas de lámina de acuerdo con la invención.
