Abstract
El objetivo de la presente invención es proponer una técnica mejorada para la inserción de una marca en los datos de contenido de audio y/o vídeo digitales al manejar y minimizar el número de modificaciones y reducir por lo tanto la distorsión no deseable de las marcas insertadas en el contenido de audio y/o vídeo. Un dispositivo receptor que incluye al menos un procesador, memorias, un descifrador y módulos decodificadores se configura para producir una secuencia de paquetes de contenidos de medios elementales. El dispositivo receptor comprende además una unidad marcadora configurada para marcar al modificar los datos en la secuencia de paquetes de contenidos de medios elementales de acuerdo con un patrón definido por un parámetro interno asociado al dispositivo receptor. La unidad marcadora se configura para determinar, en la secuencia de los paquetes de contenidos de medios elementales al menos un segmento de una longitud predeterminada e iniciar en una posición predeterminada en la secuencia, para dividir el segmento en un número predeterminado de ventanas contiguas que incluyen datos de todo o parte de al menos un paquete de contenidos de medios elementales. Cada ventana en el segmento definido en la secuencia de los paquetes de contenidos de medios elementales se indexa por un índice que define una posición de una ventana en el segmento. La unidad marcadora codifica el parámetro interno al aplicar una función de transformación matemática, obteniendo una cadena de bits resultante, calcula los índices de posición de un número predeterminado de ventanas sobre la base de toda o una porción de la cadena de bits resultante, siendo dicho número predeterminado de ventanas inferior al número de ventanas en el segmento, y modifica los datos en las ventanas designadas por los índices de posición calculados. Incluyendo las ventanas datos modificados e incluyendo las ventanas formas de datos originales dentro del segmento de los paquetes de contenidos de medios elementales representando un patrón único el parámetro interno asociado al dispositivo receptor.
