Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema para el taponamiento de fugas en ductos y tuberías que transportan líquidos y gases. Este sistema consta de un equipo dosificador sin partes móviles (DOE) que agrega elementos geométricos obstructores (EGOs) de diferentes materiales y formas variadas. De igual forma, el sistema posee un colector de elementos geométricos (COE) ubicado en estaciones de recibo. Un sistema para el taponamiento de fugas en ductos y tuberías de transporte que consta de uno o más equipos de dosificación (DOE 100) para la introducción de elementos geométricos obstructores (EGO5 300) y uno o más equipos de recolección (COE 200) de estos elementos que comprende un tambor (106) para el almacenamiento de ECOs; dos facilidades con tapas de apertura rápida , una para el cargue (108) y otra para el retiro (114) de ECOs; dos reducciones excéntricas (104 y 110); una válvula principal (103); siete facilidades menores para: el cargue de fluido (102), drenaje (112 y 113), venteo (105), instrumentación (115 y 116) y una válvula de doble bloqueo y purga para el flujo jet (118); un cuello de dosificación (101), en donde sobre éste se encuentran dos facilidades, una en la parte superior (116) y otra en la parte inferior (102), una facilidad para el cargue de EGOs denominada cuello de cargue (107); a lado y lado del cuerpo del dosificador se encuentran instalados dos soportes tipo ménsula (109), que permiten instalar un par de columnas independientes que se atornillan a dichas ménsulasa.
