Abstract
Sistemas y métodos para proporcionar un proxy de traslación inversa completa para contenido multimedia para flujo continuo de datos, el cual puede emplear rastreo o transmultiplexión de sesión o ambos; el sistema descrito se puede integrar de manera continúa en un ambiente de corriente adaptable existente; el sistema puede transmultiplexar cada solicitud de un cliente en un formato de entrega soportado por un servidor de contenido origen, y viceversa, sin considerar el formato de entrega específico utilizado por el cliente o el servidor; por el contrario, el sistema además puede transmultiplexar el contenido solicitado en el formato de entrega utilizado por el cliente; un modelo de sesión sin estado puede vincular cada solicitud de un usuario final específico para una pieza de contenido específica a una sesión de flujo continuo de datos de cliente identificada particular.
