Abstract
La invención se refiere a un instrumento portátil y un dispositivo móvil para el análisis de fluorescencia de rayos X, que tiene una carcasa (29) y un mango (14), que tiene un dispositivo de medición de fluorescencia de rayos X dispuesto en la carcasa (29) que comprende una fuente de radiación, por la cual un haz primario se dirige sobre una superficie de medición (38) de un objeto de medición (39) a través de una ventana de salida (31), que tiene un detector dispuesto en la carcasa (29) que detecta la radiación secundaria emitida por la superficie de medición (38) del objeto de medición (39), que tiene un dispositivo de procesamiento de datos dispuesto en la carcasa (29) que controla al menos una pantalla (19) que está proporcionada en la carcasa (29) o está conectada a ella, en donde la ventana de salida (31) está proporcionada en un extremo frontal-lateral de una primera sección de carcasa (30) de la carcasa (29) y al menos un elemento de posicionamiento (33) es proporcionado en la primera sección de la carcasa (30), asignado a este ventana de salida (31), se proporciona un elemento de soporte (36) en al menos una sección adicional de carcasa (33) de la carcasa (29), a una distancia a la ventana de salida (31) en la primera sección de carcasa (30), y el instrumento portátil (14) está alineado con respecto a la superficie de medición (38) después del posicionamiento en la superficie de medición (38) del objeto de medición (39) por el al menos un elemento de posicionamiento (33) y el al menos una elemento de soporte (36) y es posicionado de forma autónoma con respecto a la superficie de medición (38) en una posición de medición (57).
